The website has dark patterns to get consumers to pay more than needed ( not allowing gift voucher use and tell consumers they will have possibility to claim voucher at check out review)

2.You are not allowed to resell tickets from one person to another; In Europe tickets are nominative for reasons of security. I won’t be allowed to use these tickets if my name is not written on it.

If it is the name of another person written on it, I will be blocked at the entrance.

3.I paid already and I have nothing. It’s not normal.

So I ask you to send me the dispute form

I want to be reimbursed.

I purchased tickets for Belgium vs. Portugal on June 2, bought the ticket on Monday May the 28 with the promise they would arrive on Thursday may 31st, but here I am on a Friday night knowing the tickets will not arrive since in UPS track website I have the tickets were set to be delivered on Monday June the 4th. The worst part of my expirience is that the customer service was not even able to provide a good feedback, all I received were generic responses from them, and when queried on the status of my order they redirected me to UPS when I'm they one that paid for a service of receiving the ticket when it should not be my issue.
